COOKING CLASS IN PIEDMONT (Italy)

COOKING LESSON in LANGHE

Cooking classes: directly in a cellar, of a family Company where “Mamma” is the teacher. It’s not just learning how to cook, it’s the back philosophy that changes: we want our guests feel home, so we’ll tell them where to find the wines in the fridge and in the shelves, and they’re free to open the bottles; we tell them how to make a coffee;
we’ll prepare lunch together, we’ll eat together…and we’ll wash the dishes together. Very funny!

WINE TASTING in LANGHE

In the same way we can organize wine classes, to deepen the knowledge of wine and its world.
Welcoming is done on a panoramic terrasse, from where you can see the 11 villages of the production of Barolo wine, and where the guests can take beautiful pictures of the area and the Langhe region. Up there we can also continue our wine class, describing grapes and vineyard activities along the year, in the specific season.
And then, depending on the interests of the guests we can organize special tastings, cheese tastings, chocolate tastings and so on, always in combination with our wines.
